Start selling in 3 steps

2. Company profile
The best way start is by configuring shipping settings and returns & refunds. Pricing formulas can be applied next, followed by inputting in payment details so that you're all set!
3. Import products
Start importing your products using our built-in integrations and configuring the Live Previews for each product.
You will be able to sell your products once you have been approved. We'll review and approve the account in less than 24 hours, so it won't take long before starting!

As a seller, you will have many different customers who require unique services. Some of these individuals may only place hundreds orders per day and others prefer to buy in bulk (wholesale) once every month or so.
90% percent or more retailers have their own online stores where they will be able to sell your products! I'm talking about normal platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce which are used by many companies today as well
We work with a small percentage of our retailers who are also selling on additional channels like Amazon, Ebay and Walmart. But If you want to keep your products exclusive, don’t allow retailers from selling them on platforms like Amazon or eBay. Just check the boxes inside of ZanVos supplier account and they will be unable (or denied) to add those products.
If you already sell online using a platform like Shopify you can import your products automatically with just a few clicks.
We are currently working to integrate with the most popular inventory and order management tools in today's market.
There will be further set up for each product that you import if it is customizable so our customers will be able to use the live preview features.
There are many ways to get your product data into ZanVos, and we have a built-in online feed importer for those who don't want or need another platform. You can also upload csv/excel files if you're using an external database that doesn’t support importing directly through our website!
Also, in many cases, ZanVos is happy to undertake the development to integrate with platforms that we feel will be of strategic benefit.
If we feel that a partnership will bring value and growth to our clients then ZanVos is more than happy to undertake the development to integrate with other platforms.

We take care of all your needs, from A to Z. We intermediate between you and retailers so that payments are 100% safe and fast!
This is how the selling process works:
When we receive an order from a retailer, they will pay us the entire amount of their purchase in advance. This way you can rest assured that it's legitimate and already paid for!
You’ll be getting orders sent directly into your supplier account daily with instructions on where to ship them ASAP."
Once you you have shipped the order and the tracking number is added to our system.
You'll receive payment for it according a pre-defined schedule. We use whichever payment method was chosen in Account Profile > Payment Options."
Suppliers will be paid out on the 25th day after every order is placed, provided they successfully fulfill your needs. This ensures there's enough time to account for cancellations/refunds and other inconvenient circumstances that sometimes come up in life!
This can always be negotiated once you become a trusted supplier with us.
In order to get paid be sure that once you create your supplier account with us, you choose a payment method and add your payment details.
Each supplier on ZanVos has their own return policy. Some suppliers offer returns, while others may not provide a solution for your problem at all unless it is really serious and requires immediate attention from them or even reversing what they did wrong in order to make things right again with no questions asked! In extreme cases where there's been irreversible damage done by an merchant due either carelessness on behalf of the customer (i e) misunderstandings about shipping options etc.), then we as system administrators reserves rights over whether said Merchant can take advantage any kind discounts offered through out our platform going forward - so choose wisely before committing yourself
